Dean Ambrosia - CEO/Owner of Nexus Renovation
Starting in construction at a young age, Dean spent summers and weekends working for his uncle's roofing company, learning the trade from the ground up. After high school, he joined the Marine Corps, where he developed a strong foundation in technology and leadership, skills that would later prove invaluable in his career.
Following his service, Dean transitioned into the telecom industry, where he quickly advanced up the ladder. Over the years, he held key positions Directing Repair, Service Delivery, Customer Experience, Incident Management, Sales, and Renewals. Despite a demanding corporate career, Dean remained connected to his passion for construction, continuing to work on remodeling projects during nights and weekends.
In 2017, he took the leap and founded his own remodeling and construction company. Combining his extensive corporate experience with his deep knowledge of the construction industry, Dean is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality results on every project.
Sean Murphy - Field Operations Director
With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Sean's journey began early, growing up with a hammer in hand—quite literally trading in a teddy bear for his first tool. His career took off during high school, working summers in the cabinet and grounds keeping departments for the local school district. In his early 20s, Sean moved into house flipping and remodeling, honing his skills and expanding his knowledge of the trade.
As he gained more experience, Sean transitioned into new home building, where he spent over a decade working alongside some of the industry's top high-end and custom home builders. His expertise grew even further during his time as a project manager with Statewide Remodeling, where he successfully led numerous projects from start to finish.
Today, Sean brings his extensive experience and hands-on approach to Nexus Renovation, where he oversees all field operations. His commitment to quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction makes him an invaluable asset to every project.
